2. (A) NO!! We have arrangements
with lenders, Building Societies and Banks who will consider
every case on its own merits. Arrears in your present mortgage
and County Court judgments and Defaults are definitely not
a problem.
3. (Q) How long does it take?
3. (A) Every case is different; most
clients receive an offer within 14-21 days, completion usually
takes place another 7-10 days after this. If you require a

4. (Q) Can I get help with the paperwork?
