Do I have to pay any money upfront?
6. (A) Normally, you need only pay
the valuation fee upfront, which varies dependent on the value
of your property. A rough guide would be £250. Our inclusive
fee free package could be the answer if cash is tight!
7. (Q) Who arranges the survey and the Solicitors?
7. (A) We do. As part of our service
we take over all the paperwork and responsibility for your
mortgage from start to finish. You can of course use your
own solicitor if you prefer.
8. (Q) Do I have to take out Life Insurance or Buildings
Insurance?
8. (A) NO! there are no compulsory
Life Insurances. Buildings Insurance is always a requirement,
but you can use your own or we can provide you with a no obligation
quote.
9. (Q) Am I guaranteed to get a mortgage?
9. (A) Once we give you a decision
in principle, yes! Your mortgage is guaranteed subject only
to a valuation of your property and verification of the information
you have provided over the phone.
10. (Q) Can I add my loans, credit cards and finance to my
new mortgage?
10. (A) YES! Remortgaging is an ideal
way of repaying all your existing debts and mortgage. You
then only have one monthly payment to find each month.
