This is based
on the value
of the house, not your actual mortgage.
Some lenders add a small administration fee. Some of
the lenders
on our panel offer a free valuation service.
As a rough guide, allow:

£195 for properties
up to £100,000,
- £300
for properties up to £250,000 and
- £550
for properties up to £500,000.
This is normally
the only
fee you will be asked to
pay
up-front. Most of the other fees
can be added to your mortgage.
